We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Account Registration and Security
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Subscription Plans and Billing
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers:

- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

- 99.9% uptime guarantee for paid plans (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Response time commitments based on your subscription tier
- Service credits may be available for significant outages
- Maintenance windows will be scheduled during low-usage periods
- We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance
Privacy and Data Protection

- You acknowledge that infrastructure monitoring cannot prevent all outages or issues
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InfraIQ Hub harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any data you provide that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under certain circumstances:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may terminate for breach of these Terms
- We may discontinue the Service with 90 days' notice
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
- Data export must be completed before termination
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through the following process:
- Initial disputes should be addressed through our support channels
- Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association
- The arbitration will take place in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Class action lawsuits are waived
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada:
- Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Ontario courts
- Canadian federal and provincial laws apply
- International users acknowledge Canadian jurisdiction
- Conflicts of law principles do not apply
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time:
- Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
- Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- You may terminate your subscription if you disagree with changes
